BOOK REVIEW
‘’ ...For us [i.e. in Ukraine, L. O.], this book – it’s simply a discovery of an unknown gigantic world; the ‘’Introduction’’ itself opens up new horizons for us. This book represents a condensed history of the Ukrainian theatre from 1890 until today. It literally proves that there are more plays there [i.e. in the Ukrainian diaspora, L. O.] than what is included in this collection. […] And, what is important is the fact, that while we were still under the Soviet rule, more plays were written in the diaspora, than --- here, in Ukraine!
But finally – the twins have met.’’
